Exploring climate change data
This activity helps learners understand how climate change is measured. In groups, learners explore real-life global data to learn more about climate change. Through discussion questions, learners will interpret the data. They'll think about what the data represents, why it is important to take measurements, what measurements are useful to help us understand climate change and what the data means. The data learners investigate is from before and after the industrial revolution.
It presents a good opportunity to apply learning in science and mathematics.
