Recycled planters
Use this primary design and technology activity to help pupils plan and create their own recycled planter. This outdoor lesson idea allows pupils to get creative and select appropriate materials, and also links to biodiversity and sustainability projects. It can be used to prompt discussion of the importance of reuse and recycling and if weather information can help them look after their plants.
The activity can be easily adapted for younger learners via additional support.
