Requesting environmental information about your local area

These classroom activities explore how to request environmental information through official processes. Children identify questions about their school site which they'd like to ask official organisations. They'll learn their are laws which help everyone access information. As a class, they'll contact a public body to request environmental information to answer one of their questions. This information may support your learner's Nature Park work and help learners understand their roles as active citizens.
