Webinar: Making changes to your learning site

National Education Nature Park
A potting shed

In this webinar, some of the Nature Park team talk through the changes young people, with help from staff, can make to their school, college or nursery sites to improve them for nature and their learning community, as part of the Nature Park process.

Aimed at people who work on school grounds such as estates teams, maintenance staff and grounds people, the different physical changes that young people might identify as being the best way to improve nature on their sites are talked through, along with how you can support them to make these changes so that the whole school, nursery or college community is involved. These follow a 'grey to green' approach - adding green areas to grey spaces - and could range from rain gardens and raised beds, to tree planting and wildflower meadows.
